My Granola Recipe

4 Cups Rolled Oats
1 Cup Almonds
1/2 Cup Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds
Pinch of Salt
1 top Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Honey
1 Cup Dried Fruit

Preheat oven 350f 180c

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Combine oats, nuts, seeds, salt and cinnamon.
Pour in coconut oil and honey, mix well.
Spread evenly in baking pan.
Bake for 21-24 minutes, stirring halfway through. If you prefer bigger pieces press the mixture down after stirring halfway through cooking.
Leave to cool completely, break up and add dried fruit.

Serve with chopped fresh fruit, topped with thick Greek yogurt, a drizzle of honey and a splash of milk.
